Oh noooo!!! What did I do?!  I forgot to check the fire and these stands got burned!  Distracted by the great outdoors...way to go...what am I...the new guy?!  Rookie mistake... Grrr...

Well, they still hold razors properly, so...I guess we sell them???

Questionably executed April Fools joke aside, these are legit stands that are ready to ship.  Copper is a material that we've wanted to work with for a while.  It starts clean but develops patina over time, just like brass does.  But the patina is different and has its own quirks (like the slight green hue that shows up).  And copper is about 5% heavier than brass and stainless, so there is a tiny bit of additional heft.  So kind of the same, but different.

Your Christopher Bradley razor now has an elegant inkwell stand to keep it safe and on display!

Similar to the pattern on the handle of the razor, the pattern on the outside of the stand is inspired by the guilloche technique commonly used in watch making.

The integral, central plastic sleeve prevents any metal to metal contact and eliminates all potential for damage to your razor.  The hole in the center of the sleeve allows water to flow away from the razor.

The body of the stand is manufactured with solid C145 copper and every component is is bead blasted to provide a subtle matte finish.  The copper is uncoated, so a patina will form over time and the surfaces will darken.

Overall size is approximately Ø30mm x 30mm tall.  The inside diameter of the stand is Ø12.3mm, which is ideal for a 12mm handle.
