This leather sleeve is perfect for traveling.  Not only will it prevent your razor's head from getting scratched and dented, but it'll also protect the contents of your Dopp kit from your razor, especially if you keep the blade in it.  And your fingers when you reach into it...

The sleeve can also be used at home in your shaving den.  Children are interested in safety razors (which is good...teach 'em young!), so the sleeve can be used to cover razors that have blades in them.  My kids know that the sleeved razors are off-limits.
